How To Solved Migrate Vmware with Vmotion

1. I want to migrate virtual mechine in host 10.0.1.1 to another host 10.0.1.2. where this process  migrate without shutdown mechine,

but on process have problem error, look at picture

2. Next i want to try, for enabled vmotion as directed messages error

3. click step 3, now pop up option and i must be check list step 2. look as below

4. Now i try step one, and result not messages error again
